Also, as Vault-Tec is an American company, the UK will have a different equivalent. This means no Super Mutants, Centaurs or Deathclaws. As the FEV virus was created in the US, the modders are running on the assumption that it would not have reached the UK, especially so early on in the series. The Fallout London website does give us an idea of what not to expect, however. While Fallout London is set in a completely different country, that at least gives you a feel for what sort of world we could explore.

Indeed, every town was very insular, with no overarching government body attempting to bring the Wasteland together. The first Fallout depicted a very different kind of society than what we saw later on, in which communication between settlements was incredibly limited. Set in 2237, this puts it in between the first two Fallouts on the timeline - so well before the events of Fallout 3 and beyond. Other factions include militia group, The Tommies populist anti-establishment movement, 5th Column and criminal organization, the Isle of Dogs Syndicate. The trailer alludes to some of the London-inspired factions we’ll encounter - one of which, The Gentry, appears to be tied to the royal family, that are somehow still knocking about. It doesn’t get much more British than this.
